Aft er a three y ear stint in p rison, t he charmin g but ho t-headed Le e Riley returns to Lo s Angeles to win  back the gi rlfriend he  left behind, a lluring and hea dstrong Kate Ca ldwell. Despite havi ng moved on a nd grown i nto an indepen dent woman,  Kate agrees  to let him  stay whi le he looks  for an apartmen t and so on enough,  the pair fall s back i nto their ol d patterns, l osing t hemselves in an ardent relati onship on ce more.
